We hold access to 36 preferred-partner programmes. When we book inside one, the benefits are contractual. They are not favours we ask for at check-in.

How a booking works

We price it properly
We check the public rate, our trade rate and the relevant partner portal, then quote you the best of the three in HKD.

We book it
The booking goes through whichever channel wins, under our accreditation, so the benefits attach automatically.
- 03
We brief the hotel
Before arrival we email the hotel directly with your preferences and any occasion, and push for more than the contractual upgrade.
- 04
We follow up
After check-out we ask how it went and keep the profile, so the next trip starts from what we already know.
